The suburb is well known among locals to features some wonderful parklands, streetscapes and growing amenities. There are also some cafes and restaurants to enjoy among friends and families.

Rosanna has many older styled brick veneered and weatherboard homes. There have been some new subdivisions and renovations, but its likely we will see more new dwelling in the foreseeable future.
