Kingsbury has many older styled brick veneered homes. There have been some new subdivisions and renovations, but its likely we will see more new dwelling in the foreseeable future.

Kingsbury Primary School

Kingsbury Primary School officially opened in 1960. The school has been teaching children from grades prep foundation through to grade six. There is approximately 150 enrolled students.

Our Lady of the Way

Our Lady of the Way was established in 1963 teaching children from grades prep foundation through to six. The Parish Church, Hall and School are located on a large site in attractive surroundings.
