Since 1881 Kensington Primary school has been educating a diverse range of children and the community continues to celebrate and embrace this diversity.

Kensington Community High School

Kensington Community High School has been operating since 1975. The school is situated in the 175 year old Newmarket Saleyards. It has a smaller student enrolment to other highs schools.

Holy Rosary Primary School

Holy Rosary Primary School is a proud and passionate Catholic school. It has an estimated student enrolment of 280 children from Prep-foundation to Year 6. There are about 12 classes in total.
