A smaller population of less than 2,000 people, its filled with many families and matured adults. According to Census Report 2016, the average median age was 35.

Lifestyle

Known for its quieter atmosphere, the suburb has some nice open spaces including Ford Park which has a large playground. Cyril Cummins Reserve and Darebin Creek are other popular places.

Homes

There are many generously sized land parcels with older built homes. In recent years there have been some subdivisions and Townhouses but there hasn't been huge building activity.
