A small suburb by landscape, Murrumbeena has a smaller population as it is also nestled between Carnegie and Hughesdale. With just over 10,000 people, the average median age is 36 years old, according to the latest Census 2016 Report.

Lifestyle

A beautiful family community that is surrounded by trees and and quite suburban streets. There are some very nice retail outlets, restaurants and cafes, but most locals venture to neighbouring suburbs particularly Chadstone Shopping Centre.
