People

This newly named suburb was only founded in 2017. At this stage the population remains unknown, but it is expected to reach over 25,000 by 2051.

Lifestyle

At this stage, the suburb lacks amenities but there will be some new venues as the population increases. It will have its own town centre, football reserves and sporting activities in the near future.

Homes

Its historically been a large green open space, but its currently going through a significant makeover. It has many new land estates where people are building new standalone homes.
