Kevin Ng is our latest work colleague to join the team at Crest Property Investments. Here we take some time to speak with him.
What influenced you to join Crest Property Investments?
Property investment is among the best investment assets you can buy. I have always had a love for property and thought joining Crest Property Investments would not only be a successful decision for me, it would also allow me to learn more about buying off the plan.
What does a Business Development Manager do?
My role as a Business Development Manager (BDM) is to establish business networks to the team. Many professionals are often asked about property investment and appreciate a trusted partner who can help them. I also connect many buyers to the team by ensuring they get good advice in advance to buying.
What sort of people benefit from Crest Property Investments?
Buying a brand new property requires experience and resources. Having a trusted partner like ourselves to source and review property opportunities benefits everyone.

What motivates you each day?
I like spending time with people. I’m very sociable and enjoy learning about others circumstances. I enjoy the role and find it easily motivating, particularly as I am not stuck in paperwork each day. I have an accounting background, so I was always deep in paperwork.
What else do you do in your spare time?
I train in Wing Chun Karate. I have done it as long as I can remember. It’s an artwork, but also very soothing.
I am also a big fan of the mighty Hawks. I get out to quite a few AFL games each year. I also like bringing the family with me when the weather is good!
