Top growth suburbs by median property prices – September 2023

Over the last three months to September 2023, the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) retained interest rates on hold while we witnessed a few suburbs within metropolitan Melbourne achieving double digit returns in median property prices. This was seen in both housing and unit prices.

Here we focus and share the latest quarterly figures within the Melbourne property market.
