Werribee is one of the larger populated areas in metropolitan Melbourne. Filled with many amenities, its well suited to families of all ages.

You can also overlook the Werribee golf course and parks. The wetlands in the middle of the Werribee River provide a habitat for water birds. Werribee Open Range Zoo
A unique experience that allows you to get closer to wildlife like no other. Get onboard a guided safari across the open range savannah where you’ll get up close and personal to rhinoceroses, giraffes and zebras.
The walking trails really make you feel as though you are in the savannah. You can get close to the action and see a pride of lions, gorillas, monkeys or a family of hippopotamuses.
