- New homes provide better energy efficiency – New homes generally use less energy to run things such as appliances, heating, cooling, and lighting. This is influenced by the way these houses have been designed and built. The new appliances also have a better energy efficiency compared to the old appliances in second hand homes
- Affordability – You’ll be surprised how cost effective it is to build your own home from scratch as apposed to renovating an older home.
- Budget – If you have a budget to work towards, you can control your budget rather than facing unforeseen costs later.
- Sense of achievement – The sense of achievement is an incredible feeling. The emotional status you gain is quite empowering and great for yourself esteem.
